Elation DS250

It may look like the artillery of a Tiefighter from Star Wars, but the Elation Design Spot 250 doesn’t gun down X-Wings. It’s, um, a light. This nifty little contraption is equipped with a 250-watt ‘hybrid’ moving head and even has interchangeable gobo wheels! (I’m not entirely sure what gobo wheels are, but I want some.) It also has super quiet thermostatically controlled cooling, a magnetic ballast for further stability, an extremely large pan / tilt range and eight dichroic and frost filters… plus variable speed or colour scrolling. Wide adjustable beam angles and an ellipsoidal optical system provide crisp, clean optics and the fixture is as quiet as a proverbial church mouse. Yeah, I said ‘ellipsoidal’.
It’s now available in white: ideal for shop fitting applications, corporate market, wedding venues, entertainment venues, or Pentecostal masses.
