Sony Ericsson W580i

Okay, so the Sony Ericsson W580i has a lot of features, but the one that stands out to me is this one: you activate the shuffle mode on your playlist by shaking your phone. It’s called ShakeIt functionality. How cool is that- It conjures the image of all these songs sitting in the phone and then… Yeah, anyway, that’s just me. The W580i comes in two colours, Style White and Urban Grey (I guess you’d actually call them hues rather than colours though). It also comes with its very own gym! It has a fitness menu, which includes a personal pedometer to count your steps, calculate your calories and make sure you’re not slacking off. Fatty. What’s more, at only 14mm thin, it will fit anywhere. I’m pretty sure you could ram it where the sun don’t shine at that thickness, if you felt so inclined. (It’d certainly make the ‘vibrate’ function pretty interesting.)  Then there’s the TrackID feature - which closely rivals the ShakeIt feature but doesn’t quite overtake it in my view. Record a snippet of music and the W580i tells you the track name, artist and album! (I’m pretty sure these recorded snippets get sent to music-savvy monkeys in a warehouse somewhere.)
