Nasty Tek returns with Di Bashment, a Dancehall Reggae Bounce revival party. 3D got some answers.

The idea behind our night is… a Caribbean music-orientated party the likes of which you’ve never seen. To blaze Reggae, Dancehall and Ragga Soca all night long on a heavy sound system, delivered by an international cast of Sydney based DJs and MCs. Dancers will put their latest Dancehall moves on display. The Aroma of Miss May’s Jamaican patties amongst other goodies will fill the air. The crowd which the party will attract will be without a doubt the most peaceful, good looking and culturally diverse group of people at any club in the city.
The overall vibe = POSITIVE MADNESS!

We’ll be pimping the sounds of… the biggest names in Reggae, Dancehall and Ragga Soca such as Beenie Man, Buju Banton, Sean Paul, Vybz Kartel, Elephant Man, Mavado, Sizzla, Capleton, Lady Saw, Bunji Garlin, Machel Montano and many more.

The talent we’ve got lined up to play includes…
Nasty Tek Sound System: Laylo and Mikey Glamour
Gold Finger: H-eero
Spin D Music: Emperor Chin

The other tricks up our sleeve include… spoiling our patrons with the latest Reggae Gold and Shaggy CD giveaways courtesy of Hardwax and VP Records.

Check out our night if you’re the kind of kid who likes…
The freshest tunes coming out of islands like Jamaica and Trinidad, and the vibe that such music creates at Bashments in cities like Toronto, New York, Miami and London. If you’re into an attitude-free, up-tempo environment where good music and good food can be found, a place where people of all different cultures can come together and have a great night out then this party is for you.

Top five tracks we’ll hear on the night…
Conscience - Baby Cham
Sean Paul – Pick it up and drop it
Mavado – Mi Dawgs
Collie Buddz – Blind 2 You (Haters)
Pong – Wukup Psycho
