You’ve played at some huge events, including headlining both Mysteryland and DanceValley in one season. Was there one show that was particularly memorable and important for you-
I truly think that all my sets are important, if it’s on a large stage or on a small stage, it doesn’t matter to me. But the big festivals are important to have your name out there.
What’s the most exciting thing happening in music in Europe at the moment-
All the big shots playing my tune-! Ha ha… Sorry - I’m not a big follower of what’s hot or not. I do my thing and that’s it.
When doing a show, what are a couple of tracks that always get the crowd jumping-
Advanced, Lemon Tree and the bootleg mix from Pascal Feliz vs U2 Bootyleg day.
You’ve frequently turned down remix requests in the past - what is it about remixing that doesn’t really appeal to you-
The time you have to spend on it, and I want to work for myself, not for others. But some remixes coming up this year…
You’ve visited Australia before, so what are you most looking forward to this time around-To play again for the amazing crowd down under, and the best Sushi bar I ever had dinner! It’s in Melbourne, forgot the name, but I will walk blindfolded and I will find it…
Finally, are you working on any productions that we can look forward to-I already finished two new singles, and at the moment I’m busy with building a new studio at home. And travelling in the summer in Europe is pretty time absorbing for your studio time as well.
